EFL Teachers’ Practices and Challenges Towards Implementing Critical Thinking Skills Online During Covid-19 Pandemic

This study examined the extent to which EFL teachers at University of Jeddah are aware importance implementing critical thinking skills. It also investigated their practices such skills while teaching remotely and discussed current impediments that distract effective application acquisition by Saudi learners. Data came from a teacher’s questionnaire semi- structured interviews carried out online. The results found were congruent with other topic-related researches in some aspects incongruent aspects. As matter fact, this work believed learners, however, do not reflect belief. One important variables development is learners’ disengagement. More more need be conducted investigate relationship between aforementioned variables.
